Nice hotel located one km from Erzincan miydan. Room is large with many facilities.
We were passing through this hotel. The unpleasant situation happened, they said that we took food from the mini bar, although there was not even time to do this. We arrived at night and left early in the morning. When I left the room, I looked to see if everything was in place, including the mini bar, everything was there, we didn’t eat or take anything, because there was our own food from A101 and migros😄 I can say that we were accused of theft. Of course we paid, because there was no time to sort it out and the receptionists do not speak English from the word at all, so it is very unpleasant. I hope we don't come again.
Very bad hotel. I don't recommend it at all. The staffs can not speak English even a word. The air condition doesn't work and they promise to fix it but they didn't. Also the beds were terrible. They only think about the money without any service
