The entertainment team is outstanding, keeping the atmosphere lively and fun every day. Special mention to Yeye, who goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. We had a fantastic family holiday at Grand Sirenis and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect — beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. There was always something new to try, and the cocktails were a real highlight — expertly made and never over-poured. Entertainment was also top-notch, with something fun happening every day and night. A special mention to Emily, who brought so much energy and talent to by the pool — she truly made the days extra special for the whole family. Overall, we had an amazing time at Grand Sirenis. Wonderful food and drinks, great service, spotless rooms, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be returning!

DO NOT stay in this resort, it’s a scam. Zero stars. The staff try to bait you into buying a timeshare by being nice and helpful, but if you don’t buy, the nice guy act ends and they treat you like dirt. I was told that I had to move my bags from the room that I paid within one hour or else they don’t know what will happen to my belongings. I was 45 minutes away from the hotel with my 3 year old and I had to drive back to pack my stuff because I had to move to a lower cost room. They insisted that I attend a timeshare presentation (about 3 hours) even though my 3 year old had a fever. They simply didn’t care, and when we declined their offers, they turned nasty and vindictive. We left the hotel 2 nights early because a manager in the membership department made a not-so-veiled threat against my husband when he voiced our complaints. We had to find another hotel with my sick boy because we didn’t feel safe. On top of all that, the food and drinks are terrible. A lot of other people were disappointed with the entire hotel. Please if you want to have a peaceful and nice time in Mexico don’t stay there. And when I asked for my money back, they said it’s not possible.
