Our stay at the Hotel Grand Sirenis was the most amazing place we have ever stayed in San Andrés. It is an inviting oasis of tranquility and elegance in an island paradise! From the moment we arrived and were handed a refreshing spritzer we were treated as honored guests. Every member of the staff from the front desk to the omelette chef was attentive, genuinely caring, always smiled and intent on making us comfortable. In fact, we never worried about anything as the cares of daily life faded way! When we first saw the room where we would be staying, I couldn't believe the beauty and detail...soothing colors, tropical vibes, convenient design and above all the sparkling turquoise sea right outside. The architecture of the hotel was well planned in such a way that you feel right at the water's edge, but in a private world of your own. And then there is the array of delicious delicacies to enjoy. For is it not true that, "Good food warms the heart and feeds the soul." Truly our mind, body and soul was renewed and refreshed at this unique haven! We treasure our time there and the lasting memories it gave us and thank everyone there for making our experience so memorable!
When we first walked in the Hotel Grand Sirenis we were treated with class. From the smallest details, they offer you a welcome drink and immediately make you feel at ease. The Grand Sirenis is elegantly designed to make you feel like being on a cruise ship on land. As beautiful as the island of San Andrés is, the hotel makes it convenient not even to have to leave your radius. The options of food from seafood to meats, the pool environment and snacks, and the view looking out at the cays with the 7 colors of the sea is spectacular! We felt very special and we greatly appreciated the care. We would personally like to thank Melanie Oneil at reception, our servers at meal time Korinne, Cindy (Breakfast), and Johanna (Breakfast). We would also like to Jose Torres for his delicious omelettes. Valentina in ULC for always greetings us. Jennifer and Livia in housekeeping for their hard work. And special Thanks to Kevin Tejada in Staff for his profesionalism and his diligence to assist and help with making our stay a pleasant one. We look forward to our return! We thank you with much appreciation! Warm regards, Paul
When you stay at the most expensive hotel in the island for me the most important items are the safeguards. All inclusive in the Caribbean for me is the food and water quality. Our family of 5 got sick on day 3 with the Dinner provided that night. We purposely never eat outside of the hotel to avoid that main issue. We called that night to ask for more water, since that day, room service did not refill the mini bar. The answer from front desk was “NO” water could be sent to the rooms. For a brand new Hotel you will expect more essential cleaning. Floors in the rooms dirty. Showers need scrubbing.
