The hotel is very close to the nest Bird stadium. Although, it has more than one restaurants however it has only one. In our accomodation only one was active in the ground floor. The western restaurant has really limited options for dinner and lunch with no sea food option (unless tuna sandwich). The breakfast option is not too bad but they use very low quality cheese options. The gym equipment was pretty old and useless. The space is good but as they didn't renovate the gym, you can use only dumbbells and bench. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff rearly can speak English.

Great location: several museums and a huge mall close by within walking distance. Our room had a spectacular view of the birds nest and the Olympic Park. The room was standard and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was pricey but the food was good. The service was excellent, the front desk staff were helpful.

The hotel is nice, clean, the service is friendly but sometimes overzealous and sometimes does not perform its duties. Breakfasts with a large selection of food, but no variety whatsoever - after a week you can't look at the same food. The worst person in the hotel is the manager who thinks people are idiots and sets prices at the local store four times higher than at the store. I understand that delivering goods from the store to the hotel has to be expensive, but there are limits to the approach to the customer. JackDaniels is $ 150 - that's ridiculous..
