Absolutely incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful staff! Special shout out to Julia from reception who was very kind considering that I had experienced a cancellation elsewhere and needed a place to stay. Very happy I ended up staying at the Grand Skylight Garden Hotel. Highly recommend :)

A 5 stars hotel to the local community, the room is clean and since this hotel location is in the heart of the city; do managed the expectation of spaciousness in the hotel room. The breakfast selection was great, and during peak hours; there is always no seat available for breakfast. Had a great experienced and service rendered when I dropped my credit card at the checking out lobby counter - paying for my accommodation. The hotel staff managed to contact me, and offered to deliver my credit card via express delivery (local speed post) to my next hotel destination in Shenzhen. - GOOD JOB!

Where the hotel truly excelled was their service (4 stars) - the staff was exceptionally attentive, professional, and quick to respond to our requests, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The location (3 stars) proved convenient for our business meetings, with reasonable access to transportation options, though not directly adjacent to major attractions. The hotel's garden-themed common areas were a refreshing touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere after busy workdays. The breakfast buffet offered decent variety with both Western and Asian options. While not quite a luxury experience, Grand Skylight Garden Hotel delivers reliable accommodations with above-average service at a fair price point, making it a dependable choice for business travelers seeking comfort without extravagance.
