I stayed for 2-weeks since I travelled for business at an office nearby. Had a pleasant stay in this hotel where I received a splendid services from the staff here. From the receptionist, the restaurant staff, the chef, the coffee lady & all are very friendly & helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

Totally unacceptable. Hotel room is too hot unable to stay. Room temperature is 30c and not air-conditioning. Despite the cool weather in Beijing but the room is unbearable. Ended up sleep in lobby instead of the room
