Grand Soluxe International Hotel Xi'an

No luxurious frills, but nice quality hotel with an excellent breakfast smorgasbord. The beds are thick foam padding on a hard surface, but it's comfortable. Located next to Startup Wonderland and Niba Makerspace, and within a few minutes walk to the subway. I'd happily stay here again as it's a very nice baseline hotel. One weird thing that may be because I'm a foreigner, every night I had to reactivate my hotel RFID card at the front desk, otherwise I couldn't get into my room. Reactivation was quick so I didn't mind.

I was in this hotel for 7 days during quarantine. I have to say it was a hotel beyond my picky expectations. It was old, room was not really fancy. But I have to say I found it cozy, and it is huge! Good for my quarantine exercises 😃

Spent 14 days in quarantine at this hotel. When i arrived the room was very dirty. My skin was itching from all the mites in the old and dirty floor carpet. The food was even worse, a mix between tasteless, gooey, under and overcooked. The food on the plate did not fit together at all. I dont know if they treat non-quarantine guests as barn animals too. If you have a choice doing quarantine, avoid this hotel.
