Location was very good. Our room was quite nice, no problem but most of the people in hotel were not satisfied with their rooms. Most of staffs were nice but there was not much cleaning or room service, they never changed the towels or refill anything in the room. We had to ask for everything and they barely bring anything not even water. Breakfast not bad but could be better. Very crowded at the time we were there. The main problem was that the entrance door and elevators were out of service during our stay and they didn't even try to fix them. Which made a huge problem for all the people staying at hotel. I think there are better hotels around.
Both lift was under repair and only employee lift was open though it scared us as it shakes and tumble while running .. the hotel is under repair and some renovation .. all the dust and ashes comes in at breakfast area while renovation and repairmen going on at breakfast area. Hotel should stop all these activities of these repair work during breakfast time . Room had no WiFi and had to move out to another room .. no facial tissue and shower towel had some hair and seems did not clean very well ..very loud noise comes from nearby probably from a club where people are seen dancing from hotel balcony … overall was not a pleasant stay for us .. shower door magnet not working and there is a area paint removed from shower window and you can be seen from room by someone else ..
My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. • I was first placed in a basement room with a strong smell of sewage, moldy and damp walls, and damaged, dusty furniture. • The bathroom was filthy, the toilet had visible stains, the shower did not work, and the sink had hair and dirt. • The fridge was not functioning, and the window didn’t close properly. Because of the terrible smell of mold, I was forced to sleep with the window open, even though it was cold. • The pool was freezing cold and not usable at all. • The restaurant was a disaster – poor food quality and terrible service. • There was extremely loud noise during the night, making it impossible to rest. • The staff was rude, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. Any time I raised concerns, I was ignored. And worst of all: my personal belongings were stolen during my stay. My original Dyson device was replaced with a fake one – this is completely unacceptable and very serious. Everything promised at the time of booking – the view, cleanliness, comfort, and service – was a lie. This experience caused me stress, wasted time, and material loss. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind – stay far away.
