Grand Summit Hotel General Santos

Our OJT culmination event was recently held at Grand Summit Hotel in General Santos, and it honestly turned out to be such a great venue for the occasion. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and the whole experience was memorable. The ambiance of the hotel felt really warm and classy. The setup of the event hall was elegant and fit perfectly for a formal gathering like ours. It gave off the right vibe for celebrating and looking back on everything we went through during our OJT. One thing that really stood out was how clean and comfortable the facilities were especially the restrooms. It might seem like a small thing, but it really added to the overall experience. Everything was well kept and organized, which says a lot about how the place is managed. The food was definitely a highlight! From appetizers to the main dishes and desserts, everything tasted great and was nicely presented. You could really tell they put effort into it. A lot of us even went back for second servings! The hotel staff also made a good impression. They were kind, respectful, and helpful all throughout the event. They were attentive to everyone’s needs without being overbearing, and their hospitality added to the positive atmosphere. All in all, our experience at Grand Summit was super satisfying. Even though it wasn’t us students who chose the venue, it honestly felt like a perfect fit for the kind of celebration we had. Big thanks to the whole Grand Summit team for helping make our milestone extra special!

I was in this hotel August 7, 2025 to attend a wedding reception. If their service from pika-pika, dinner food and function room decoration are indication of what this hotel is all about, I consider them among the top 5 hotels in Gensan.

Room-wise, it is huge and amenities inside are complete & well-maintaned. They also have a decent pool, a gym and a playhouse for kids. Food is also amazing here. From breakfast to coffee and to a variety of cuisine, this is truly a must place visit anytime. Truly, worth your money.
