Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel

Overall I would say it s a great experience. The room is really spacious and clean. The location is also great , close to the beach and close to nice restaurants. They have multiple facilities like a pool , a gym , laundry services and even massages services. The hospitality is also nice. A shoutout to Tracy , Lyna , Nhan , Bella and Nancy for their hospitality. Though there was a bit of misundestanding where I thought the first 3 bottles in the mini bar were free , it was just me being dumb and well overall with the price of the hotel , 100k dong is not gonna change much. Breakfast was not really up to my taste but it is something that I find happening often in vietnam so it is nothing "bad" as tastes depends of everyone. They do have one of the best breakfast options when I compare to the different hotels I stayed at. To sum up -> PROS : . Spacious . Clean . Great location . Laundry services at 35k for 1 kg and they also give you back clothes folded ( I just wish they would put the clean clothes directly in your room which would be even more awesome) . Nice hospitality ( they even called a taxi for me after my checkout) . Quick check in and check out. . You can rent a bike if you need one. I would definitely reccomend it and will probably stay again if I am in danang.

The hotel is very clean and their service was awesome. Front desk employee Hai fey was great willing to help and accommodated the guests promptly. Nancy, Bella and GiGi were great too. They are very hospital and caring. Breakfast was ok and could be little better. Room view was not as expected but everything in the room was great. Location is great. Lots of restaurants around, close to the beach and close to great night clubs. Overall experience for me was 4.5 out of 5 for sure and if I come back to Da nang I will stay here for couple of days.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location; just a few minutes from the beach. We booked a superior double room with window (no view), expecting at least a rooftop or partial view; instead, our window opened directly to a brick wall just inches away; not a “no view,” but no window. Completely misleading. The beddings and towels looked dirty, with visible stains; even when replaced, the fresh towels were also stained. The included toothpaste tasted so odd we had to go out and buy our own; not a big deal, but still disappointing. We specifically chose this room for the bathtub so we could soak after a late-night flight; but it looked dirty and we ended up not using it. Breakfast was honestly terrible; not a single item was enjoyable, not even the eggs. We skipped breakfast altogether on our second morning. The TV was hard to use (no we’re not boomers); and if you want to watch anything in English, you’ll have to pay extra. Overall, a really disappointing experience; I would not recommend staying here.
