Hands down the best hospitality I’ve experienced, the staff here were next level. Everyone, from customer relations to the waitstaff, was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. The breakfast buffet? Unreal. So many delicious options, I wish I had a bigger stomach. Room service was top-notch too, fast, clean, and spot-on every time. Only reason location gets 4 stars is because it's just slightly outside the main old town area, but honestly, it’s a peaceful trade-off. Highly recommend

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The suite was luxurious and spacious, with a unique round bed that made our stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly welcoming—especially Lily at reception, who was warm, gracious, and made us feel truly cared for. The food was excellent, happy hour deals were a treat, and we loved the thoughtful extras like afternoon tea, snacks, and a complimentary foot massage. The spa was outstanding—professional, relaxing, and one of the best we’ve experienced. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be coming back! Lots if love and appreciation from Israel 🇮🇱

Excellent hospitality and welcome by the staff here, especially Jessi who attended to us personally. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as can be. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and they’re great especially with their food presentation and decor. Though a little distance from the Ancient Town, it is still very walkable to/from. It is also a little quieter due to its location. Overall, highly recommended if you’re in Hoi An for a visit.
