The experience at the entrance was disappointing — the main gate security guard didn’t allow us to park inside and didn’t even know if we could have dinner at the restaurant. However, once we got inside, the dinner service made up for it. The man serving dinner was very kind, attentive, and professional. He (Mohammed yousseri) made us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, the evening ended on a good note.

i have give this rating after serval visit to this hotel because of the location i was expecting some improvement but it’s getting worse , the service is bad in many cases i booked for 5 stars hotel i just to come to know the beach is close in maintenance and they take my luggage’s without shifting to my rooms , they didn’t not pick up the reception call as always and also AC at early morning wake me up and give noisy i try to call reception many time ( like beg them to send someone to help me ) till i found i labor outside the room ( cleaner ) help by calling the maintenance. i escalated this issue to manger Ahmed and he offer me upgrade in my last day morning and i ask the give me a good service and he offer again special offer for next visit so i text him today and he offer me superior room with same previous price and still i refused it because i will be alone i was expected something better. than i came to know why the service is bad the guy who deal with customer are not understanding how hospitality .
