This so-called “5-star” hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a complete disaster. Our rooms were not ready until late in the evening, leaving guests stranded and waiting far beyond check-in time. The place was filthy and bathrooms that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The sink was broken, there was no bidet to wash, and to make matters worse, we even found lizards inside the room. The service was equally terrible. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Simple requests like fresh towels were ignored or handled with an attitude. Nothing about this hotel felt professional or welcoming. It’s shocking and shameless that they advertise themselves as a 5-star property when the quality here is worse than a rundown roadside motel. Save your money and your sanity—stay anywhere else but here.
