It's been a few years since I stayed here but I found it to be a great hotel and at the time the rooms were very nice and modern with attention to small details. The price was good for Canada. I'm not sure why the rating is so low now. Reading through the lowest ones it seems to me, people really expect more than they pay for. It's not like I see any reviews about safety or bug problems. That's disappointing for them. I'm not as hard to please as most. I thought it was a nice place.

Since the hotel felt the need to reply... I'll add a few notes. -nonfunctional Air-conditioner, which the front desk said couldn't be fixed, and they are full. Gave them days to fix, without result. -towels have holes and stains -it's more expensive than a Hilton, for less room space, less amenities, worse service, and less regular housekeeping (maybe it will be every 4 days?) Don't expect to eat here. There is a no food policy in any communal space. They don't offer you any food options on site either. They have a breakfast area with tables, but won't let you use that to eat anything other that their "continental" breakfast. No exceptions for rain. Rude manager Juno, poor customer service. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else. For clarity for anyone reading, regarding their reply. This was after asking clarifying questions about other options, other locations we could eat on proterty, that we would clean up everythinproperty, away from others, etc. You are a hotel with a large communal *breakfast* area and nowhere on property to eat. Repeat. Its an area where breakfast is served. The front desk guy was respectful, not sure why Juno wasn't. Hard avoid.

Horrible…over a dozen young children playing soccer in the hallway with water bottles and espewing vulgar comments and blocking the hall and the elevators…the rooms are dark and cave like and the amenities are limited and lacking. I could never and will not recommend this location as a pleasant accommodation…rooms were stuffy and felt dirty. I also want to add that I notified the front desk of these situations twice and was simply told that they were “sorry” and basically too bad…very interesting that free breakfast is available only for some people and not others…this is in no way a 4 star amenity and we could not leave fast enough…I would give them a negative rating, if I could…want to particularly address the unhelpful and snarky man at the front desk with the man bun and blue painted fingernails…he seemed as if he could care less about my concerns.
