I’m enjoying my stay here at the grand Tjokro hotel All the staff are super friendly and very helpful It has given me a very local cultural experience being one of the only westerners here The restaurant has great food and the pool is nice Rooms are serviced everyday 24 hr room service Tv mtv music and movie channels Close to city Local cheap supermarkets within 500 metres 👍💯😀
I stayed for a family staycation and it turns out the hotel was really well suited for family. Booked the family room and been upgraded (thanks to) to the family suite with new interior, spacious beds and bathtub, smart tv etc. the room service and buffet breakfast is taste-worth. Numerous kids activity such as indoor & outdoor playground, bouncy castle, mini zoo, rainbow slide, kids pool, dino ride, unfortunately most of it with extra charge except the swimming pool
I had high hopes for this hotel, but everything changed thanks to the UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I initially scheduled the message service for 1.5 hours, but it was reduced to 1 hour with the excuse that the therapist had been picked up, despite the fact that the information stated that the service could be provided until 11 p.m. When the therapist arrived there was no greeting, she was busy with her cellphone and even when it was finished she was only 1 sentence: it's been 1 hour, it's finished and went to the bathroom WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. “Very polite attitude”. If it could not be done from the start, I was willing to cancel and look for another option. When the MOD arrived, the language used was less than affirmative. I believe that this hotel should improve its communication and service, as that is what it is selling. Even though I can accept the hotel's facilities, which I believe are lacking in cleanliness.
