Grand Tropic Suites Hotel

Every time I visit Jakarta, I always stay here. As a businessman, I need a comfortable space to work, and at Grand Tropic, everything is perfectly provided. For a price range of 500–600 thousand rupiah, you get excellent facilities — like an apartment with a kitchen, living room, bathtub, and even a walk-in closet. Affordable !!! Such a wonderful place to stay.

Nice food, big prawns. It was a business meeting, the wifi wasn't so good though. Supper ,.we had nasi uduk with chicken , it was nice too Nice uduk is rice cook with coconut sauce and lemon grass, etc Inside also have tofu and Tempe also cucumber

I had a disappointing experience with the hotel’s service, from reception to housekeeping. The breakfast options were limited to just four dishes per day, with no repeats allowed. The room felt unsettling—I stayed in a business suite, but it was furnished with old furniture. The bathtub was slimy, the wooden door was aged, and I couldn’t lock it. The towels provided were worn out and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, no laundry bag was provided. The room felt eerie when I entered alone, and the floor appeared as if it had never been cleaned. The curtains and bed sheets constantly had stains, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, I was required to pay a deposit of IDR 500,000, an unreasonable amount for a traveler, especially since it was not disclosed in advance. Considering the unpleasant experience, it was absolutely not worth it.
