I recently had a wonderful stay at Grand Udawalawe with my family, enjoying full-board accommodation. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Supun, the Manager/Sales, for his exceptional cooperation during the booking process. The pool area was stunning and impeccably maintained, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options for both breakfast and dinner, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our rooms were spotless and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Udawalawe for anyone looking for a delightful getaway!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Family Stay at Grand Udawalawe Hotel! We recently stayed at the Grand Udawalawe Hotel with our family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a stunning view of nature. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our kids loved it here—the pool was a big hit, and they had so much fun exploring the surroundings. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. The location is perfect, especially for visiting Udawalawe National Park. Highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The buffet was OK but very less variety in Sri Lankan 🇱🇰 and other country dishes. Room service was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception was very pleasing, and room directing was very fast and pleasant. Even final day bill preparation took less than 1 minute, very efficient service received. The swimming pool looks great with the baby pool, and the lifeguard coach helped me with free swimming lessons, Awesome and knowledgeable gentlemen. Garden and location, landscaping was pleasant. Like to visit again if get the same 30% discount from BOC Credit card.
