Grand Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed—especially thanks to the kind and professional Filipino lady at the reception, who ensured a smooth and pleasant check-in. The room was exceptionally spacious, tastefully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. I was also impressed by the washroom—it was surprisingly large, spotless, and well-kept. There’s a charming coffee shop right by the entrance, which adds to the convenience. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, including a mall. The hotel also features two fantastic bars—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone

Worst customer service i ever seen in Hotel all over my life especially from the valet parking I went there to arrange with Mrs Heba weekend party for my friend birthday in floor 14 and after 30 minutes i back to the valet asking for my car and said to him sorry for seeing you foot has problem because he wasn’t wear shoes, he asking me for stamp , i told him that i ask you before i went up you need stamp you said no , he answer maybe your not aware or you are lies and you have to know that i am better than you if think that you said the truth my words only will be accepted here and no one will give you your car keys and raise his hand up side my face in front of his colleagues and manager and shout , his manager said sorry only and send with me another guy up to make sure that i am honest and even that found me right they did nothing for the guy after all that or blame him at least , all this appeared in cameras. This happened from 1 hour from this review 2:30 AM 24/06/2025 I will share this experience with all my relatives.

My stay at this hotel was not good. The most annoying issue was the extremely loud and disturbing nightclub music until 3 am. I reported it to the reception, but nothing was done to resolve the problem. All outside noises easily entered the room, including sounds from people walking by and the elevators. You won’t be able to sleep peacefully until the nightclub music stops. The air conditioning system was also poor — it either overcooled the room to the point of freezing or stopped cooling completely. There was no proper temperature control. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and I do not recommend this hotel.
