I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. I want to especially thank the receptionists Aida and Kairna — they went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel at home. Their warm hospitality and professionalism made a big difference in our experience. However, the breakfast could be improved. It was quite limited in variety, and the quantity was small. Items like milk and coffee were not refilled once they ran out. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent service and friendly staff
Had an amazing stay at Grand Voyage Hotel in Almaty! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast to start the day. If you're looking for a good place to stay, I highly recommend it!
Very slow in understanding whatever we speak in Russian as well. Be careful that you can't ask them to do certain things. Example no additional milk for the night. They won't arrange even though they promise. There is a supermarket in the opposite side. Breakfast is satisfying.
