Grand Work Hotel

To be honest, the hotel wasn't particularly impressive. However, the staff was exceptional! I would like to express my gratitude to Selen, the attentive and compassionate receptionist, who made me want to return :)

The outside fooled me! They renovation it to look inviting, but the room was horrible, carpet looked very dirty not cleaned for years. Old and outdated! Very racist! I kept pictures how left the room so there is no question my expectations. In addition, the door noticed had a whole when you opened it the others were fine. I checked out the next day fir better quality of life. Also smokey, as do not smoke! I will never stay there, again! Oh, no iron in the room, breakfast, but seen some people sitting eating food. They never explained anything, maybe they thought I live in anything. I have high standards and this hotel will never be on my list. So bottom line outside can fool you, also let me say they made a copy of my passport. The atmosphere felt so unwelcome and it showed because of my skin. I will never spend a dime at tge low class place again.

We chose this hotel because it was near to our embassy and it shows a 4 stars hotel....but unfortunately our experience wasn't so good, I can't complain about the employees they were good and kind and they helped us as much as they could, the problem is that the hotel is so old it needs to be repaired and restored as soon as possible!!! and that's owner's work , they need to invest on it to give a better service !!!... the carpets , fridges, furniture, blankets, shower, warm system, air conditioner need to be changed!!! I hope the owner invest better about the hotel!!!
