The room was good, the bed was hard, but overall this is a good hotel, for lunch and dinner, they offer variety of food, which tastes good, but for breakfast i think they can add more options. We received the standard double room, but we got the family room with 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed. I think this because the hotel was full, and the receptionist could give more suggestions on what activities to do around there, they are over loaded, but at least they keep friendly and keep smiling. So in gerenal, nice hotel, nice view and friendly staff.
When I came here my first impressions were quite bad I didn’t like the vibe and it was very cheap we had a 3 day stay overall I got outrageously sick and had a sore throat I snowboarded it was quite nice but the slopes were overall very short comparing it to Switzerland just saying its my opinion thanks for reading.
The cleaning and restaurant workers are very friendly and helpful as well as the men taking the luggage. But there is an older man at the front desk he was very rude to me. Wouldn’t help me when I asked for a receipt. He had no customer skills. Also I came with 2 children I specifically asked for non smoking rooms. The rooms were horrible smelled like cigarettes the smell was horrible. I called downstairs and they said all our rooms are non smoking, but in Turkey they don’t respect the rules . .. the hotel puts an ash tray and matches in the rooms.. so of course people will smoke.. the smell of the rooms gave me a headache the cigarette smell was that bad ... the reception advised me to open my windows. Because all the rooms will be the same .. so in 0*C weather we opened the window. Also they don’t turn on the heaters. They give you a small heater to plug in. The food was okay nothing special. No flavor or taste. Salad and soup bar was fine but other than that I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Also they advertise parking, but we had no where to park. Very difficult when you arrive with luggage and children. For the amount of money the hotel charges it’s not worth staying here. To expensive for what they offer.
