Grand Zuri Kuta Bali

The room was neat and clean, and housekeeping ensured it was tidied every day while we were out. The hospitality was excellent staff were respectful and responded quickly to any concerns. A special mention to Devak at the front desk, who welcomed us warmly and clearly explained the hotel policies and rules. They also provide complimentary breakfast with many varieties of food Highly recommended for family and friends Overall, a great stay!

We stayed in Grand Zura, Bali for 3 Nights for our Honeymoon! It was overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet was very good. Room service and cleanliness was on point. Definitely will recommend others to try.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel – the rooms were clean, service was good, and overall ambiance was pleasant. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no Jain vegetarian meal options available. For those following a strict Jain diet, this can be a challenge, as the only available choices were fruits and beverages like tea or coffee. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding simple Jain meal options in the future to cater to dietary needs of Jain guests. Still, a nice place to stay if you’re okay arranging your own food.
