Restaurant: I would rate it a 10 out of 10. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the manager, Angelo, truly stands out. He knows how to handle customer needs with flexibility and professionalism, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
A bit overpriced hotel. Rooms are ok, but nothing special and a bit outdated. Some crickets found their way into my room. The breakfast was ok, enough choice to start the day. Internet was a complete mess. almost no connection whatsoever. do not expect to be able to work via VPN or watch a youtube video. Hotel is in middle of town, close to everything you want to visit in Piacenza and close to restaurants.
Nice room, quite small thuogh. The bed was comfortable, except from the plastic covering of the mattress. Shouldnt be there, concidering the price of the room! Every time guests on the upper floors flushed their toiletts, it sounded as if somebody would slam a wet pizza on the floor of my room. At first I was startled each time. And it woke me up at night. And the water of the showers sounded like small waterfalls running trough my room....... well....very annoying.
