Grande Bay Resort at Mahabalipuram

Enjoyable resort with clean swimming pool, well maintained rooms (just little old) and fantastic food option. High tea in the evening, private beach access and good restaurant. Breakfast buffet had amazing options and really close to shore temple is added advantage

A good place to relax nearby mahabalipuram with ample parking space and helpful staffs !! Rooms were maintained well and on the day of my visit I saw some rooms were under renovation so maintainance part no complaints!! Complimentary tea/snacks/breakfast was so good !! The staffs were so kind and friendly.I would surely recommend this resort to others. Only letdown I felt was no place inside and in the outdoor area playing cricket is not allowed and also swimming pool water had lot of chlorine(on day 1 eve of our visit)!! If the management can do something about this it would be more exciting!!

When we requested prawns from the lunch menu for dinner, they were freshly prepared for our family, showcasing remarkable attention to detail and care. Every dish was a delight, making dining here an unforgettable experience. The location is a major plus—easily accessible from the highway and right on the beach, with the added convenience of an electric buggy that takes you directly to the shore, enhancing the coastal experience. The large, well-maintained pool, cleverly situated in the heart of the property, is perfect for family time. It’s spacious and open, making it a hit with kids and adults alike. This resort is a fantastic choice for a memorable family getaway, with top-notch food, a prime beachside location with buggy access, and excellent amenities that ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
