Grande Centre Point Pattaya

I had a truly wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional housekeeping staff at the hotel thanks to Seang. Every day, my room was cleaned to perfection — spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. The attention to detail was truly impressive, from the neatly folded towels to the well-stocked amenities and even the small personal touches that made the space feel welcoming and cared for. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the cleaning personnel. Always friendly, respectful, and warm, they went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. They consistently greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work, and it made a huge difference in the overall experience. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication — they are a real asset to the hotel!

We had gone many years back to Pattaya but this time was really good. The town has completely changed and worth a visit. You want to be in the center of attraction and away from noise, this hotel is the best option. We really enjoyed and it was one of the best stays. Terminal 21 Mall is next door, night food market is just next to it. The hotel has so many facilities, difficult to keep track. Even though we were couple but for family with kids, this is heaven. Food is awesome and the service was more than A class. Special reference to staff at dinning, they are too good, prompt and very professional. If ever again I visit, this shall 100% be my choice. Staff at front desk, housekeeping and others which I have missed to mention made the stay absolutely wonderful.

This hotel was a top notch experience. The room was spotless and wonderful to stay in. The service was incredible, my husband and I have never experienced such great service. Every where we went in the hotel, workers were there to greet us with a smile. Workers were also super helpful and very understanding with our language barrier. The meals at the hotel were delicious, the terrace had a beautiful view and throughout the evenings we went for dinner, we would have workers ask if we would like pictures taken. Freya was one server we had very sweet and took great care of us in our meal. The housekeeping was so efficient, we would leave for an hour and come back with our room, spotless and clean. It is a beautiful location in view of the ocean and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend visiting this hotel we were very satisfied with the stay.
