Fantastic Family-Friendly Hotel with Just a Few Minor Areas to Improve We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would absolutely recommend it – especially for families with children. What we loved: The water park was absolutely fantastic, a highlight of our trip! There was something for everyone, and the kids had a blast. The kids’ club room was also a big hit, filled with fun activities and creative setups that kept the children busy and happy. Our room was spotless, stylish, and had a great ambiance and an amazing balcony viewæ. The entire hotel had a modern and clean feel, with a beautiful lobby and surroundings. The sky pool area was simply stunning, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Room for improvement: One area that could be improved is the hotel’s website. It’s missing a lot of practical information that would make planning much easier. For instance, rules for different areas of the hotel, or a proper activity calendar showing events like foam parties, activities at the kids’ club, shows at the hotel entrance, and yoga sessions. The jacuzzi near the sauna and steam area had very weak water pressure. For a more relaxing and spa-like experience, stronger jets would really make a difference. At breakfast, we would have appreciated a bit more variety. There was a strong focus on Asian food, which was fine, but having more European or international options would make it more balanced. Dividing the buffet into more clearly defined Asian and international sections would be very helpful. Also, cheese served in slices rather than just cubes would be more practical. It’s also worth noting that the hotel seems primarily tailored to Asian guests. While this isn’t a problem in itself, it did sometimes make us feel slightly out of place. Some staff members seemed less confident speaking English, and as a result, we occasionally felt a bit overlooked or avoided, not intentionally, but likely due to the language barrier. Overall: We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers fantastic facilities and a beautiful setting. With just a few small tweaks, it could go from great to outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and can highly recommend it!

We are simply in one of the most amazing hotels in the world. The hotel is simply amazing, beautiful, everything is delicious, big and clean. The service of the people here is simply amazing. We arrived for breakfast and my daughter celebrated her birthday and the staff, including Ammy and Khemika, are the best. That's the main thing. They arrived and brought her a cake with candles and sang her birthday songs, and we are simply delighted with all the fun and happiness that is here.

The holiday was fantastic. Bigboss, yea that’s his name was very helpful in finding us a suitable breakfast location. Also not to mention the stunning views of Solar Luna restaurant. Bestty made our evening dinner very enjoyable. Overall, our family had enjoyed the holiday very much. The thai service and experience here is unmatchable. Thank you a lot!
