I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely spotless — the cleanliness is impeccable throughout the entire property. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-equipped, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of Thai, Chinese, and Indian dishes, which I really appreciated. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection stays the same each day, so it can get a bit repetitive over time. The view from the east-facing rooms is breathtaking, especially from the higher floors. And watching the sunset from the rooftop pool is simply magical — one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also quite convenient. It’s easy to grab a Grab anytime without any trouble. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a Premium Room with a king-size bed at Grande Centre Point Surawong Bangkok and were truly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable – warm welcome, quick check-in, and consistently friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom felt like a mini spa, featuring a Japanese toilet, a separate shower, and a relaxing bathtub. Every morning, we enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options from different cuisines – even several kinds of bacon, which was a fun surprise! The rooftop terrace with pool was another highlight: beautifully designed with stunning city views and very reasonable bar prices. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring Bangkok. In short, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, service, and style. We highly recommend Grande Centre Point Surawong and would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, comfy and the housekeeping team make the rooms like new every day - not just clean but manage to tidy up after a family of four ! Breakfast has so many options for those who want to embrace the local breakfasts to European pastries and my son loved having ice cream for breakfast. The pool is stunning, spa staff and treatments are wonderful and games room was great for our 10 and 13 year old. After an external provider let us down the concierge had a taxi to take us to a planned excursion three hours away within 15 minutes. As with any hotel the staff are the most important and each and everyone was a delight and so helpful. I spent my 50th birthday here last months and they left me some beautiful flowers too. Can’t recommend enough.
