Ana Julia, working reception was always so sweet and helpful and enthusiastic about her job. Along with everyone else we encountered. The rooms are small but the view is beautiful. The bar area is also very beautiful. It’s also in a great location walking distance to so much. It is not accessible to handicap and when I had the baby stroller it was very difficult. I would like to have someone closer to the door if possible so they can help guests easier get in and out. I did not try the breakfast or bar, but breakfast is not included

Good value for money but don’t expect a 4 star experience. Beautiful building and our room was cute, however the service was not great and it felt a bit worn down. Breakfast was disappointing, would recommend going to a local cafe instead. Great location though.

You will return to a room that has not been serviced. Hotel requires that you leave a sign on the door if you want the room to be cleaned. Housekeeping is outsourced, poor service, at specific times only, and everything they leave will feel cheap. If you want to have a real life simulation of hotel management, this is the place. You will come here to make your own bed, to tell staff what to do, while doing reception runs to ask for more toilet paper or anything else that should be in the room but that isn't. This is part of a chain so make sure you know their name and don't go anywhere that is managed by the same people.
