I had a great stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was awesome, and the room was nicely decorated, which made my visit even better. The hotel’s interior looks good and creates a nice atmosphere. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and they welcomed us with tea and cookies when we arrived, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the weekend breakfast; it was very good with lots of choices. However, during the low season, the weekday breakfast is pretty basic and does not have any hot dishes. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this place for a nice getaway!
This could have easily been a 5/5 score with mostly fantastic staff and superb views but the following let it down The service in the main restaurant was poor and they had run out of many of the reasonably priced wines. To say they have a top Executive chef the menus of both the main restaurant and the one by the pool lacked inspiration and we found much better value and menus in the town The duplex panoramic room is not worth the extra money - if there are just the two of you you get the same master suite and views form a standard Mountain View room. The spa is excellent and well worth a visit despite it being pricey. Just lots to do if it’s going to hit its 5 stars
Rooms are very nice with a good view of the mountains. Reception was helpful, and the reception area was spacious with a lot of space to sit and have a drink. The only downside with this hotel is the breakfast. I would give it a 1 star. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, but this breakfast was one of the worst ones I have had. There are not many options. For the warm dishes, it was only eggs, bacon , and potatoes. 3 days in a row, they said no sausages because it's finished. Cold section was only 2 types of cheese and 2 types of meat. No salads at all, I asked for gluten free bread and 2 days they said it was finished. If you eat breakfast after 9:30 you will see that all the tables are dirty/ plates on the table and food area is not filled with food. For 30 euros, it's just not worth it. If you like sweets there are alot of options but for me because I am allergic to gluten there was nothing. Anything else is top in the hotel. But breakfast does not deserve a 5 star rating
