Grandeur Hotel Al Barsha

Exceptional service from absolutely every person in the building. The welcome staff Nileema and Yasin were very accommodating, polite and considerate to our needs. We had a late booking which they sorted promptly. The bar staff were fun and friendly and again any staff member was very helpful and polite to everyone. The room was huge more than enough for three of us. Although in some places the hotel was a little dated (only a whole restructuring would change this). Yes definitely worth a stay for the price, ignore the minor details as the staff make up for it!!!!

Glad to be back here after some time , Not a fancy place, but definitely my favorite when it comes to hospitality. Glad to meet few wonderful staffs from 23 street bar.. Thanks to the Hospitality from the manager Mr.Raghav and his team Ms.Manisha,Ms.June,Mr.Surinder and Ms.Gayani: also they have a fantastic band.. I can rate 10 stars for hospitality ❤️🙏 : Dhaniyavadh.

I would rate my experience ZERO! When we reached around 2 PM, the reception hardly smiles and giving short responses only. After filling the necessary form, we had to wait for more or less 5 minutes to prepare the room. We are three persons, the room was small for 1 king bed plus extra bed, we had to use our own tissues/wipes as there was none when we came, there's no soap for hand wash and even for bath, not enough towels for 3 persons even, there's only one socket that is working near the sofa mirror side, and no socket near the bed at all! Another annoying thing, the fire alarm rang twice in the evening which was very irritating as it took some time to stopped it. It rang first almost midnight and rang again around 1 AM. We were sleeping at that time already!!!! We tried to ring the reception and they didn't answer not until I tried to ring again! I was wondering how Grandeur Hotel got high score when the service was very very poor. Though we got the room at a discounted price but I never would have thought that discounted price will make our stay uncomfortable. It should've not tagged as discounted if they will also limit the comfortability of the customer experience. Such a very unpleasant experience
