Grandezza Hotel Luxury Palace

Can't say enough good things about our experience here! We were greeted by some amazingly friendly staff when we arrived and they even provided us with a gift once they noticed my girlfriend's birthday was the day before. They gave us a wonderful room with an absolutely stunning view of the square. Room was quiet, well appointed and the AC worked great. We didn't get to try the restaurant, but it looked fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring, and it is only a 5 minute walk from the train station. We will absolutely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect service, beautiful rooms with stunning views of the city center and the market. The valet parking and front desk staff were absolutely incredible. Everything was flawless – a perfect stay!

This hotel did not live up to our expectations. We stayed here 2 nights and it did not feel like luxury. The room was dirty when we checked in and the bathroom smelled like sewer. The hotel staff was not helpful on multiple occasions. The air conditioner barely functioned. The elevator also had problems. The only good part is the location which is probably one of the best in Brno. The hotel should really try to improve their service or consider changing their name.
