Grandhotel Pupp

We love this unique Grandhotel! This iconic hotel is well managed and maintained in very good, clean condition. The spacious rooms are nicely furnished. The rather small bathrooms are usable. It was a shame that the complimentary mineral water and the used cream for coffee or tea in the minibar were not refilled. The breakfast buffet is beautifully presented, leaves nothing to be desired, and tastes delicious. The modern wellness area is simply fantastic. The staff could be a bit more approachable, provide more information, and ask about guests' wishes. We felt very comfortable at the Pupp; many thanks to the entire staff!

We loved our stay in this iconic and historic hotel. The room was perfect. Spacious, clean, nice. Bed was very comfortable, the pillows and blankets so soft. Spacious and clean bathroom, fluffy towels and bath robes. Staff professional, nice, kind and helpful. Best breakfast ever and the fancy dinner in the Grandrestaurant Pupp was awesome experience. Please respect the dress code and enjoy.

We stayed in the Riverside Premier Room with a front view in the main building. The hotel offers a mix of modern and classic rooms, and since we preferred a more traditional style, this one was a perfect fit. I’d recommend staying in the main building, as that’s where the breakfast is served and where both spas are located. All the staff were lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. One thing that surprised me was that parking wasn’t included in the room rate—it was €20 per day. It would be nice if parking were complimentary for hotel guests. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The café, dinner at the restaurant, breakfast, and wellness facilities were all top notch.
