Grandiose Hotel is located perfectly. Away from the constant hustle bustle of Hanoi but not too far from all the action. The Lotte Mall and the cafés near it are so good. They have great service. Did forget to keep the scooter available even when we had booked. Good breakfast but not very vegetarian/vegan friendly. Courteous staff. Clean and well managed.
The room is quite big; and the place for breakfast comes with a nice view; guest will be welcomed with the drink when check in. There are steps only in the main gate of the hotel Very hot inside the room when I got in in the summer time Overall, a nice place to stay and a Circle K is nearby
The room is small. Because we arrived in Tet period, the breakfest is limit to one bowl of noodles, they changed after I complained, which I think the service is good.
