we stayed at the grandis hotel at the end of our tour. the rooms are very large and very comfortable. The hotel is next the shopping mall, very handy for restaurants and shops. the roof top pool is a good way to cool down and entertain the children, the only shame is the bar and cafe opens at 3pm. The views of the sunset are great and nice to have a drink and snacks while watching the sunset. There is some building work ongoing during my stay but did not affect our stay. the breakfast was very busy and a great variety of choices breakfast. There is also a self service Laundry machines at the hotel, tokens are available at reception .
Good experience organizing a training here & staying at the hotel. Staff’s Service is attentive & pleasant. Convenient location as connected to suria sabah mall & walking distance to Jesselton Jetty Point. Only downside is the ongoing construction behind the hotel that obstructs the sea view. Can be a bit noisy during the day
I loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was large and luxurious, it had a shower head in the ceiling. It is close to markets and restaurants and is above a shopping centre. It is also 5min walk to the jetty. This hotel should be 5 stars, can't wait to visit again
