hotel with very strategic location, close to shopping center, old town, other interesting places. cleanliness is maintained, breakfast is very diverse, simple, and delicious. at that time we checked out at dawn, and the restaurant staff was very kind to provide breakfast to go, which should have been informed before, but we don’t know, so we really appreciate this. clean and spacious room, spacious bathroom. very fast and friendly service. we really enjoy to stay here.

The room we got was in a wing with all the irregular shaped (a sliced of pizza liked) rooms. It was wide near the entrance but got very narrowed at the window that had no view. It bothered us initially but we got used to it the next day. Our room was nicely appointed and clean. The room service was impeccable. The bed was comfortable. Our problem was the shower. The old fashion tub was hard to step in and slippery. The shower head was so loose that it did not work (shooting water toward the direction of the wall) unless I had to hold it. The tiny glass wall hardly prevented water from getting to the floor. We hated the shower. We loved the breakfast! The restaurant had many stations with a great variety of food. It had many seating sections from a green house like room to a regularly hall to a circular nook within the large restaurant. Despite the crowd, there was almost never wait for any thing we wanted. Coffee machines in the front had lines constantly but the 2 machines at the back had pretty quick turnaround . They had an omelette and waffle making station that was efficient and quick. Finally, the hotel location fit us perfectly. It was a short 5 minute walk to the train station. A 10-15 minute walk to the old town center. Almost every main sightseeing points could be walked. There was really no need to use the trams. I would recommend this hotel but avoid the new wing rooms.

I have stayed at hotel twice before and had excellent experiences regarding staff interaction and room cleanliness. However, my recent visit was disappointing. Upon our early arrival, we were informed that our triple room reservation would take some time to prepare. We waited in the lobby for over three hours, yet the staff seemed unaware of our situation. When it was finally time to check in, the employee rudely stated that they couldn’t provide us with beds for our children because they didn't know their ages. Additionally, we weren’t given any information about the breakfast buffet location , time or other services during our wait. I strongly recommend that the management provide training for the staff on customer service, especially for dealing with tourists. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms has declined since my last visits, with noticeable mold in the corners of the shower area, which is quite off-putting.
