Grand Kemang Hotel is a solid choice if you are looking for a strategic location in Kemang, friendly staff service, and a memorable birthday surprise experience. Although some of the facilities look a bit old, I still give it a positive rating because of the friendliness of the staff and the personal surprises that create special memories🎂
Just stayed there. My goodness, how can this hotel maintain 4 stars. As a retired hotel manager my self I wonder what the management is doing daily. So much huges space unused. Rooms in poor condition. Many things do not work properly. If you call the housekeeping, engineering, and roomservice , FO takes so much time if they pick up at all. I asked for a replacement of the defect hairdryer until check out has never been replaced. The food, though, was reasonable good. Management, please pay attention
The air conditioning in the rooms is NOT GOOD, resulting in high humidity levels that make the space feel persistently damp. A noticeable musty odor, likely due to mold, further impacts comfort. There are no ceiling or portable fans provided to improve air circulation. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes and small lizards inside the room suggests gaps in pest control. Given these conditions, guests may find better-maintained and more comfortable accommodation options in the surrounding area. Staff are friendly.
