Incredible stay! Our room was stunning and incredibly spacious, stepping in felt like entering a stylish designer apartment. The open-concept bathroom was a great touch, featuring an excellent shower. The in-room amenities were exceptional for a hotel: a fresh bean automatic coffee machine, a vinyl player, and other high-end equipment. The location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi. Service was excellent, and the hotel bar offered a great selection of beers, cocktails, and wines.

If you ever visit the Caucasus — and especially Georgia — I highly recommend spending a night here. Whether it’s for dinner, breakfast, or brunch, the experience is worth it. The landscape is stunning, the food is as affordable as in any local restaurant yet approaches Michelin-star quality, with impeccable service. It’s one of the few places that immediately comes to mind when I think of true elegance.

unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Check-in was far from welcoming — the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which was disappointing for a hospitality setting. On a more positive note, the baggage porters were genuinely warm and helpful. The room itself had some nice aesthetic details like a well-stocked minibar and good amenities, but overall comfort was lacking. It might suit travelers looking for something trendy, but it’s definitely not ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. The noise level was excessive — both from within the hotel and from outside guests — making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors was also quite unpleasant. Café Stamba was another letdown. Despite its reputation, the food was underwhelming both in the restaurant and via room service. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, and the service was slow and inattentive — although the room service staff member was very polite, which I appreciated. In summary, the hotel has some stylish elements, but lacks the basic comfort, tranquility, and genuine hospitality that many travelers — including myself — expect.
