Grange Beauchamp Hotel

Good room, close to city centre and friendly staff that looked after us. When we checked into the hotel they upgraded our room and we got this beautiful room on the first floor which was spacious. The bed is very comfortable and had a great sleep on it. All the staff were super friendly especially the young receptionist who even ordered a a taxi to the airport. All the staff greet you and make you feel very welcome. We did not have breakfast at this hotel so can’t comment on that overall it was a fantastic experience and we would happily stay here again. The location of the hotel is good as it’s in the city central but not too close to the chaos in the town and we felt very safe here.

Room felt a little small as we had two large suitcases but managed and had all we needed. Staff were fabulous, polite and attentive. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful giving us a great start to the day. Would recommend

The worst hotel experience ever. We arrived and had registered for a Superior Deluxe Room. The first room we were given was a small basement room with two small windows. We refused this room. We were then moved to a first-floor room which was certainly not the room we saw in the photo when we registered. Much smaller without the chairs and table. We took this room and asked to be moved to the proper room but there was none available. The next day we were moved to the proper Superior Double Room, but the air conditioning was leaking on the bed. We were moved again to a room for the final two nights of our stay. This should have been the room we were given the first night. We asked for a discount for the first two nights and were told they would check with management. We asked this three times and always had the same answer. No discount on the first two nights ever happened. We were happy to leave this hotel and will never go back. After a day, I received a survey from the hotel and basically put the same comments in it that I put here. No response from the hotel.
