Grannos Thermal Hotel and Convention Center

The hotel is lovely and the food is excellent, but the service to the rooms is not good, as well as the cups for coffee and tea are made of paper, and this is not worthy of a five-star hotel.

There were ants and other insects in the bathroom. The towels were dirty and stained as well. The service is also horrible. This is the only hotel I know that charges people for drinks EVEN DURING DINNER TIME. No water bottles in your room, no drinks or ANYTHING in this extreme heat. There were only 2 water dispensers that I could find in the entire building. I woke up at night at 4 AM and had to go 4 floors down and purchase a bottle from their third party market JUST TO GET SOMETHING TO DRINK. The food was also extremely low quality AND COLD. The watermelon they offered during dining hours was ALSO ROTTEN. There is also nothing to do after 8 PM. No entertainment, thermal pools are closed, and the "arcade" (if you can even call it that) is absurdly small and the machines are broken and worn down. Absolutely disgusting behaviour of the hotel and I highly advise vacationers to go somewhere else.

The service is really slow, and the hotel staff are not friendly at all. One of them even cursed at another guest while I was sitting there. How can you run a hotel like year
