I’ve stayed at Hotel Grano Gdańsk twice now, both times for business, and it’s been absolutely fabulous on each occasion. The service is consistently excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. Everything runs smoothly, exactly what you need when travelling for work. That said, the internet connection could do with some improvement. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning. The indoor swimming pool is a must-try!

Have had a very good time at your Hotel/ Spa the hotel room had good air conditioning and general the room in itself was very nice it felt clean and comfortable. The bed mattress was on the harder side but it worked well for us.💯 The breakfast was very good with different types of food both local and international. We also enjoyed the spa facilities we had a couple massage that was very pleasant and enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel very much

Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked whether we were hotel or apartment guests, which gave the impression of a two-tier system. Most of the service staff were also very unfriendly. The spa and wellness area was a major letdown. There are only two small saunas, a small jacuzzi, and a swimming pool of about 4x20 meters. Despite the need to book a time slot, there were far too many guests at once, and the loungers were nowhere near enough for everyone. You are only allowed one hour per day in the wellness area, and as an apartment guest, you have to rent a towel for 4 euros each time you use the wellness facilities. We booked an apartment for three people, but the sofa bed was not even made up. Breakfast for apartment guests is not served in the hotel but in the bistro next door. Here, there is only a small selection of dishes such as Polish, English, or French breakfast, all of which are very greasy. Healthy eating is not an option here, and you are only allowed to choose one dish per person per day. If you want to use the breakfast buffet in the hotel, you have to pay extra. Parking in the underground garage costs 120 PLN per day if booked externally and 60 PLN if bookedthrough the hotel website. This quickly adds up to 100-200 euros per week. Alternatively, there is only a public gravel parking lot in front of the hotel. The only positive aspect is the location. Overall, our stay here was very disappointing, and we cannot recommend this apartment.
