Hello, I wanted to leave a review of indignation. On July 3, 2025, the guys arrived for the competition, the train arrived at 03.15. They arrived at the hotel, they were refused check-in, they were allowed to leave their suitcases inside, and the children and coaches were told to walk outside from 04.00. What kind of attitude do you have towards check-in?

We checked in on 08/13/24. We called in advance, made a reservation, warned that we would be 2 adults, 1 child, we were asked in advance what the age of the child was! And now the question is why?! We rented a suite, which, as it turns out, has a sofa that is dying, a pillow and bedding are not provided for a child, since this turns out to be an extra bed?! And it will cost 700₽! But why?! When we announced that the baby is big! Further more, slippers in the hotel for two, if you want, buy +150₽ for a rag, the room is dirty, the staff is disgusting, just like the hotel, besides everything they asked if there was Wi-Fi, the cleaning lady sharply answered if you need it, register on the hotel website then you will get it?! How is that possible?! The kitchen is just like a hangout for alcoholics, we came in and asked if there was a first/second meal on the way, but it turns out there is nothing in this place except bonalshchena, let’s eat (cucumber, tomato, Greek salad and that’s it, gentlemen). I have a big question for the director of this institution, where are you even looking?! There is no cleanliness at all, the team communicates as if at a bazaar, they asked to bring an extra kit for the child from 22:00 to 23:15 and no one showed up! How do you even work?! For fools?! Who don't see dirt? And your sofa, which is in a luxury room that costs 5000₽, looks as if it was brought from the trash heap! What kind of attitude do you have towards people?!
