Nothing but great things to say, top-notch service, everyone was super friendly. Our little bungalow was so cute with unique, rustic feel. A welcome departure from your typical modern resort. Food was excellent, they brought it right to your little cabana by the infinity pool. Oh, and you need to love the color white! :-)

The hotel is good and well located. I stayed in a suite with a private pool. The food is reasonable. The staff are very friendly, but they change your orders and forget your requests. The water pressure is terrible. The air conditioning in the room wasn't good enough, so there was a fan next to it. I complained and they wanted to change our room to a normal one without a private pool when I asked for one with a private pool. To make it up to us, they said they'd offer us dinner. We had dinner that night and on the day we checked out, they presented the bill only offering my wife's dinner. We called them again and they offered me dinner as well, but they charged for the starter, dessert and coffee. A very disappointing attitude...

What a beautiful and amazing hotel! I stayed at Gravity Hotel for three days and three nights with my daughter, and everything was perfect. The room was cozy and stylish, the food was delicious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We felt so relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we can’t wait to come back!
