Grayson Hotel in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Candidly this review should have been written a few months ago during our Thanksgiving week stay but we remain compelled to share the five star experience. Kudos to the front desk reps for being super accommodating, welcoming, and friendly (again) as this was our third stay. Room was a bit small (as expected) but very comfortable. Highlight really was the bed- maybe the most comfortable ever. Food and service at the lobby level restaurant was excellent although we really missed the legendary and charismatic server, Michelle. We always look forward to drinks at the rooftop lounge which did not disappoint. Last but not least, huge kudos to the bell staff and front door guys who really delivered above & beyond hospitality. Thanks Hyatt Grayson and staff for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Gorgeous new hotel with incredible food. Only half a block from the subway. Thank you to Mercedes for making my stay with your friendliness and food recs at Harta! Food I had seven different things on the menu, all were carefully crafted. Room service was fast (!) and the food arrived toasty. Rooms The hotel and rooms are impeccably designed. (Photos don’t do justice.) The rooms are best for one person as they’re quite small, but the design makes such good use of the space, you don’t feel it. Service I was most impressed by the friendliness, from not one, but all touch points — from the staff who answer the phone, to the staff at check-in, to the servers, to the bellhops. Even the one thing they weren’t able to help with, they were kind about. That goes a long way. This level of service, on all fronts, is what makes me want to come back. Thank you!

This hotel delivered a 5-star experience in many ways—from the easy booking to the smooth checkout process. Upon arrival, we had a great experience at the front desk, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. However, we were surprised when we got to our room on the 23rd floor. It was exceptionally small, the ceiling was under construction (something we weren’t told ahead of time), and the floors could have been cleaner. That said, every time we called for something—whether it was an extra pillow or additional towels—the response was prompt and the service was fantastic. We did try the breakfast buffet, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend it. Service was slow—it took nearly 30 minutes just to get a specialty coffee—and the prices were extremely high for what was offered. Save yourself the money and grab breakfast at a local spot nearby instead.
