Graziella Gold Hotel

I recently stayed at the Graziella Gold Hotel and was disappointed with my experience. Despite the hotel's nice appearance, I encountered several issues during my stay. Firstly: i had to take my breakfast outside even it was included because it was not goood at all ! Secondly ,the service was rather slow and the staff seemed unmotivated. I had to wait a long time for answers to my questions and solutions to my problems. However, I would like to highlight that I met a young man named Aziz who works at the reception. He was extremely helpful and attentive. He answered all my questions and did his best to resolve my issues. He was the only staff member who showed genuine interest in my needs and demonstrated professionalism. Unfortunately, the hotel manager was not up to par. When I expressed my complaints, he didn't seem to take my concerns seriously and didn't offer satisfactory solutions. In summary, if you can request to be served by Aziz, it might improve your experience. But unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel in general. *Tip:* Ask to be served by Aziz if you can!

We stayed in for very short day and left very same day, Our luggage was carried by porter to storage as we were leaving in the afternoon . As we were in hurry to get to the airport we left two items in hotel and realised that they left behind at the time in the pairport. Since then we send a friend in Istanbul to collect them and send WhatsApp and emails which received no respond. Among items we left, was my very old mobile phone with no value to anyone except myself and package wrapped and name and address affixed on it and few clothing items. I am very disappointed and recommend that anyone stay in this hotel to be very carefull of their belongings as staff in this hotel are not trustworthy.

Guys please be careful with this scam hotel! This hotels and the staff is absolutely disgusting , we arrived early morning after long flight and ask for a tea or coffee when the receptionist goes… no coffee no tea , after you check in is 2pm you can have it , now go outside coffee shops and buy some our restaurant is closed . I offered to pay but he refused. After we come back for check in the same person said that we don’t available room for us as the hotel is full and there’s no room available . Imagine you have booked your hotel weeks in advance and all of sudden someone ruins your holiday plans because they overbooked the capacity of it . My advice would be DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. 00 STAR , 00 Zero tolerance, 00 Zero Respect
