Awesome place with good quality rooms. Car parking undercover. Restaurant had great food and service from both motel and restaurant outstanding. Would highly recommend
Easy to access and convenient. Rooms clean, ample parking, restaurant and bar on-site. Meals good portion sizes. Only concern was no crockery in the room to make a snack outside of restaurant hours. Bamboo spoons don't go well with coffee after 3rd use.
Been deciding wether these guys deserve 3 or 4 stars? The fact that the cleaners NEVER cleaned the room nor refill the soap or shampoo dispensers or top up the coffee, sugar, tea etc or even empty the bin once or see if you needed new towels, in the whole 7 days i was there when i was out and about(and the cleaners were there every day cleaning other rooms), really has me conflicted because Michelle the admin lady and i think the owner, was always very nice and helpful and accomodating, even from the first time i rang to book the room. Surprisingly the road noise isn't bad and at night you can hear a pin drop, that it's that quiet. They have one washing machine and one dryer which takes $4 for each one to operate, so you can do your washing which is good and for $1 can get a satchet of washing powder from the front desk or get cash changed for coins. Also have a restaurant as part of the Motor Inn and i decided to try their pizzas, which were quite nice. The undercover car parking bays are a decent size. I did spot one cockroach crawling about the room. Not surprising with how little the room gets cleaned in the entire time you're there. The rooms have a bar fridge, tv, ac, microwave, kettle, and a toaster even, with an ironing board in the cupboard. No bowls or cutlery but cups and glasses and some fresh milk in the fridge. Overall, not too bad of a stay. Just, this is the FIRST ever accommodation I've stayed at where the cleaners would never clean the room while you were out(i wasn't a problem guest lol and would always treat them with respect), NOW that can be a good thing if you want to sleep in, or it can be bad, if you're needing new towels etc, it's your call on that one. I found you personally have to go and ask for things you're running out of, for the room which Michelle will help you out with. So yes a bit dissapointed but hopefully things improve.
