Great Fortune Hotel & SPA

Great hotel, very clean, comfortable, although small. Airconditioning is very good. Food for breakfast is fresh, fruit is great. There are lot options. Minus is small eating area, needs more tables. In the morning is quite hot, needs better shades But five stars for everything

Four stars for a 4-star hotel that was more like 3.5 stars. The standard double room we had was small but adequate, we were offered this despite saying we had a child with us. The bathrooms had no lock, the shower cubicle had no light. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I suspect a lot of people would be looking for alternative breakfast options once they experience the breakfast here. The location is fantastic though.

I stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it does not meet even basic expectations. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it promoted a "Spa." In truth, the so-called spa experience was completely inadequate: only 15 minutes in a hammam without even providing a towel. I had to repeatedly ask for a towel — a basic necessity that should be readily available in any spa facility, especially in a hotel claiming four stars. Additionally, we found out by accident — and only after specifically asking — that there was a second hammam available. No one mentioned it to us upon check-in or during our stay. Such poor communication and lack of service orientation are simply unacceptable. The gap between what the hotel promises and what it actually delivers is shocking. This was a complete mismatch between expectation and reality, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. I sincerely hope the management will take action to significantly improve the quality of their services.
