I had such a lovely stay here. I even came here once to see the High Kings play. The hotel is so beautiful and the food at the restaurant was positively delicious. The restaurant manager was delightful in greeting and attending to us. I can’t wait to come back and try out their massages, and other services/amenities. A truly special hotel!
Great venue to celebrate an occasion. We celebrated our parents' 50th wedding anniversary recently in the Oak Suite. All of the staff were very helpful and looked after us very well. The food was delicious with a lovely menu to suit all tastes. Service was excellent despite it being a very busy day in the hotel. There was a lovely surprise when a children's entertainer arrived in the Oak suite and the children were delighted with balloons and face painting. This was a nice touch and appreciated. Thanks to the Great National Hotel Ballina for a lovely afternoon.
Fantastic location. Rooms big and very comfortable. Staff lovely but their breakfast was very poor quality. Food cold both mornings and had to ask for products many many times
