My family and I spent a night here, our room was clean and great, it had an interesting 2-story layout, but the door did let in some noise from the hallway. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, so nice. The location is a two-edged sword: its close to The airport (only 10min on a taxi/Uber), but its very far from the city, there is only a mall nearby, though it was closed because of a religious holiday so we couldn't go. Breakfast was good and very fairly priced (49Pln / person), there was a big selection of yoghurts, sausages, breads, coffees and meats. Overall a good place to go for your last night in Krakow, If you have an early flight for example.
Dirty, dusty, hair in the shower and not vacuumed. Only one pillow had pillowcase and the blankets had no duvet covers.
This hotel's advertising is dishonest. It says it's by the airport but it's not. It says they have an airport shuttle but they do not. We had to pay an insane amount for a taxi to get to the airport. Additionally, the deadbolt in our room was broken, there was hair in our bed and the shower door was broken. I would not recommend staying here.
