Amazing stay! The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful sea and pool view. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Great location—close to restaurants but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
I'm not being dramatic when I say Greccia has been one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Amenities were great, rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly, beautiful pool and great restaraunt, but most importantly - a level of service that would put luxury hotels to shame. Leda and Kelvin looked after me and my 3 friends like we were family, and indeed when we left it felt like we were leaving loved ones. Couldn't recommend them more, miss you Leda, Kelvin and all the staff!
Absolutely unacceptable experience! From start to finish, the service was appalling and the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. We paid for a stay that included breakfast, only to be told on the last day, OUT of nowhere, that we had to pay for breakfast again. No receipt, no explanation, NO NOTHING! Just demand. As for the breakfast itself: cold leftover fries, no bread, and barely anything edible. It felt like we were being served scraps. This place has no sense of professionalism or basic hospitality. I’m genuinely disgusted by how we were treated. Save yourself the frustration and do not stay at this hotel.
