Grecotel Daphnila Bay

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 6, and our experience was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable, room service is excellent, the beach is well maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The food was also very good, with a wide variety to choose from every day. But what made our stay truly exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Alexandra Bezhani, the Guest Services Manager. She went above and beyond for us throughout our time there. She was always available to answer our questions, assist with bookings and activities in Corfu, and ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. She practically became our personal manager, even staying in touch with us 24/7 and helping us during her days off. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism made a huge difference, and we are very grateful for everything she did. Overall, this was an amazing experience and we would gladly return. The hotel is great, but it’s the people like Alexandra who make it truly special. Highly recommend!

An Unforgettable Second Stay at Grecotel Daphnila Bay We returned to Grecotel Daphnila Bay for the second time, and once again, it was a truly wonderful experience. The resort remains a haven of peace surrounded by nature, with breathtaking sea views and top-quality services. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff for their incredible kindness and professionalism. A special mention goes to the reception team, always welcoming and helpful, and especially to the guest service, who provided us with exceptional assistance. My husband has health issues, and every detail was handled with care and attention: a golf cart was always available to help us easily get from the beach back up to the reception, making our stay even more relaxing. From the high-quality food to the spotless rooms, the wellness services, and the constant friendliness of the entire staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Daphnila Bay to anyone looking for a peaceful, elegant holiday with true attention to guest needs. We will definitely be back!

This a bit of a tricky one as the customer service we received here was incredible and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us during our weeks stay. The food and drink was excellent and the location was stunning. However, I feel customers need to be aware that the bungalow rooms shown on the website do not full represent all of the rooms. Unfortunately, we were placed in a bungalow that looked onto a front door of another one and inside was incredibly basic with the shower having to be held, bathroom sealant was everywhere. It was not luxury. If you do not booked restaurants pre-arrival, you will find it hard to get in. We were not aware we needed to do this. However, midway through the holiday they asked for feedback and I was honest. I was then called and told we would be getting an upgrade room (pictured) and they also tried to get us cancellations in the restaurants. In summary, we got everything we needed out of the holiday. Adults were able to relax by the pool with high quality drinks and food, and the kids could play the the beach (or pool) with us knowing they would be safe.
